Important: data accuracy
SIA "Mobinet" (reg. No. 40103814735) ensures that data is displayed in accordance with its official source as of the most recent update of the respective source. Mobinet accepts no liability and gives no warranties whatsoever as to the correctness, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose of the source data. The system merely processes publicly available data from state registers and databases.
Risk indicators are automatically calculated indicative metrics, not a credit rating or legal or financial advice. Before making significant decisions, verify the information in the primary source or request an official statement.

Sanctions screening automatically compares the company name and the names of related persons with these lists (the lists are updated daily). The result is a possible name match, not confirmation that it is the same person, and not a legal conclusion. Both false matches (namesakes) and missed matches (different spelling, missing data) are possible. Sanctions screening does not replace the customer's obligation to manage anti-money laundering (AML) and sanctions risk in accordance with applicable law.
Company register data is updated automatically every day (if the source has published a new version). The time of the last update is shown at the top of the website. The VIES check is performed in real time.
Limitations
- Source publishers update open data at different frequencies; data may lag behind the actual status in the register by one or more days.
- Lithuanian open data does not publish the names of officers and members — only their number is shown.
- Financial data is available only for annual reports that have been submitted and only to the extent published by the source.
- In different countries, similar concepts (for example, company status or tax debt) may mean different things. Our translations and summaries are for information purposes only.
If the data is incorrect
Mobinet does not correct data. If the data is incorrect in the source itself, please have it corrected in the relevant register; the correction will appear in the Service after the next update. If the data in the Service differs from the source, write to [email protected].
Persons whose data is displayed in the Service may exercise their rights in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
