Regmio API — company checks inside your systems

The Regmio API lets your accounting, CRM, ERP or any other system fetch Regmio data about Latvian, Estonian and Lithuanian companies on its own. No need to open the website, search and copy — your system checks the partner itself and shows the result where you already work.

What it is, in plain words

An API is a "door" between two programs. Your program asks: "Tell me about company 40003032949", and within a fraction of a second Regmio answers with the name, address, VAT status, board, owners, financials, tax debts, sanctions screening and risk level. It is the same data you see on regmio.eu — your system simply receives it automatically.

Where to use it

In accounting. When entering a new customer or supplier, the registration number is enough — name, address and VAT number fill in automatically. Before issuing an invoice, the system checks that the VAT number is valid in VIES.
In CRM and sales. The customer card shows the company status, risk level and warnings, e.g. about tax debts or insolvency. Your salesperson sees it before offering deferred payment.
In procurement and ERP. Before a contract or prepayment, the system checks that the supplier is active, who is on its board, who owns it and that it is not on sanctions lists.
In a B2B online store or customer portal. When a company signs up, its details are checked automatically — fewer invoice errors and fewer fraudulent sign-ups.
For partner monitoring. Add all customers and suppliers to the watchlist (up to 1000 per user), and every morning your system receives a list of changes: new board, new owner, tax debt, liquidation.
For compliance (AML/KYC). Regular screening of customers against sanctions lists and politically exposed persons, with date and source.
In Excel and Power BI reports. The list of watched partners with status and risk level loads into an Excel table with a single "Refresh" click.

How to start

Buy the Business plan (the API is included at no extra cost).
Open Account → API keys and create a key. It works like a password for your system — keep it safe.
Give the key and the link to the developer documentation to your developer or software provider. Connecting usually takes a few hours.

Without a developer

Excel: the documentation contains a ready Power Query example — paste it, add your key, and the list of watched companies loads into a table.
Make, Zapier, n8n: use the "HTTP request" module with the address https://api.regmio.eu/v1/… and the header Authorization: Bearer <key>. For example: new customer in Google Sheets → automatic Regmio check → result by e-mail or Slack.
Postman: import the OpenAPI specification and try all requests without code.

Security and privacy

The connection is encrypted (HTTPS), keys are stored only as a hash, and every key can be deleted with one click.
We do not build or use your search history: to count limits we keep only the numbers of profiles opened and delete them after 35 days.
Your partners never find out that you checked them.
Data comes from official open registers and is updated daily.

Price

The API is included in the Business plan: €34.90 per month or €299 per year. The plan includes a team of up to 5 users, monitoring of up to 1000 companies each, list import and export, and an invoice to your company. There is no separate per-request fee — fair-use limits apply (60 requests per minute).

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a developer? To connect accounting or CRM software — usually yes, but it is a small job. Excel and Make/Zapier can be used without programming.

Can I try it? The documentation and the OpenAPI specification are available without signing up. The Business plan can be bought for one month.

May I resell the data? No. The API is meant for checking your own partners and customers, not for reselling data or building a competing database.
